The Clarkes haven’t gotten used to sharing their Lexas
Surprise for @sajiko27 blame all jealous Clarke drawings on her 😀
Oh, I don’t have words to say how much I love Jealous Clarke and now thanks to @immochiball and Sajiko27 we’ve got Jealous Clarke and jealous lion!Clarke.
Sooo @gumshoegeek and I are currently looking into making Lexacoon and Clarke lion plushies as a set. If you’d be interested in them, please like, so we can get an estimate! Please spread this post too! The more people buying the less it would cost to make ;P Kthnxbye :3 ❤️
I bloody swear the WE people have been paying such close attention to the Clexa fandom…they’re giving their fans the one thing Clexa fans wanted and never got: a photo shoot.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t have some kind of fandom bible laying around with notes on ‘what to do/what not to do.’
I think it’s both. It’s in this moment that Clarke breaks the bubble. The bubble they’ve been hiding in. The bubble they’ve let consume them. And Clarke pops it. Reminds Lexa that she has to go. That there is a barricade going down. That Clarke is skaikru. Is different. Is not entirely hers.
And it’s a sadness and an exhaustion that overwhelm her. That pull at her and remind her that she isn’t just a girl in bed with her love. Happy and whole. Finally.
But, that she is Heda. The leader. The one who has to make all the hard decisions and has to put others before self. Who cannot be selfish. Who cannot hide Clarke away, keep her here, keep her safe. She knows Clarke has to leave. Knows it’s what is best for both of them. For everyone. Knows how much it will hurt.
Now that she’s had everything, now that she has felt the full reciprocation of Clarke’s feelings, of Clarke’s love, she’ll have to be without. And it’s even worse this time because she knows. She has seen that look in Clarke’s eyes, and felt her touch and kissed it from her lips. She knows how Clarke feels. After so long.
And it’s everything. It’s the world settling back on her shoulders after a tiny moment of freedom. It’s duty and honor.
It’s Clarke reminding her of all the things she’s done and all the things she’s become. It’s Clarke accepting that. Accepting Lexa’s whole. It’s Lexa knowing that the person who accepts and loves her has to leave the city. Might never return.
It’s Lexa wanting nothing more than to just be herself again. No title.
All jokes aside, you’re a fucking dick and I want to punch you in the face
I can’t believe his brain actually produces thoughts like that.
Oh Jason, Jason when will you learn.
Jroth is the very personification of the entitled straight (white) male, given power he hasn’t earned, doesn’t deserve, doesn’t have the talent to work with, ignorant about women/queer sexuality, the least qualified to lead a small army with millions of dollars available to him and he continues to fetishise his ‘bisexual’ female lead.
This is status quo in Hollywood. The Clexa revolution has got to stick, has to keep pushing to end the toxic placement of men like him in positions of influence. People like Jroth don’t care that their influence affects society in negative ways. People like him don’t care how our cultural lives rot from the sickly paste they shove down people’s throats – they only care about the power they have to do what they want.
The CW would have been wise to replace him, it might have saved their show. Politically, thousands hate or fiercely dislike him and will do their best to influence others not to watch his programme. He’s a liability – but because he’s a straight white male who toes the line for his studio, no one is dismissing him.
