What I wanna know is why the spiky kink warriors are always the bad evil marauders. They might be into some weird shit and unafraid to show it but that doesn’t mean they want to go around killing dudes. They’re a tight-knit bunch. A lot of them are queer. They understand the importance of community.

If the government collapses and all laws come to an end, the people rampaging around killing and looting are gonna be like, frat boys and 4chan rejects. You can mistrust the bondage raiders all you like but they’re definitely the ones you’re going to run to for help when the neoliberal blood cultists and Nazi meme demons lay siege to your survivor enclave. There’s gonna be gayboy berserkers busting up slaver gangs and burning down warboy frat houses. The assless-chaps leather daddies and weird petplay people are gonna be the accidental peacekeepers of the post-apocalyptic world just because they’re the only motherfuckers who understand the importance of consent anymore.

Listen. Don’t come to me asking how to get the secret cadre of bisexual death commandoes to protect your wretched tent village if you’re scared that we might call in the kinksters for backup. I don’t give a shit if they dress up like dogs and spend all day writing poems about butt plugs. What is ProjekTFealty? What is Horizon?

ProjekTFealty is the direct result of our goal to represent an underrepresented/ misrepresented/ ignored group of people.

We humbly swear our loyalty and the use of our talents and voices to provide hope, inspiration, and a safe haven to our community.

Our first project, ‘HORiZON’, is an exercise in a retroactive approach to remedying the demonizing of POC, LGBTQ+, and the disabled within a popular narrative.

This free –not for profit– work will attempt to heal a fandom and restore the representation that united and inspired a vast group of multinational fans.  

In Horizon, our goal is to stay true to the world we all loved while giving the fans not only what they deserved, but what they were owed; accurate characterization, equal representation, and the follow through on a promise made and affirmed for over 2 years.

This is our humble attempt to fix the mistakes of a callous show runner and an indifferent network.  

How are you going to do this?

We’ve already done it!!! We’re in the final stages of completing this epic multimedia experience.

Our writers are currently finishing a 13 episode season rewriting the entirety of season three.

Our artists are turning written scenes into amazing illustrations.

Our musicians have already composed original themes and scores for our episodes.

How can I get involved?

If you’re interested in getting involved, in whatever capacity, send us an email/ask/message with your interests and talents.

This isn’t a huge project and we want people who are willing to volunteer their time to be aware that this current project is already in progress and thus we have specific needs and assignments for you.

Right now, we are looking for a few talented artists to help alleviate the burden on our artists, who are AMAZING, but overworked at the moment.

Will this project focus exclusively on rewriting the Clexa scenes?

No. We are rewriting season 3 in its entirety and focusing on not only LGBT representation but also POC and other underrepresented groups.

Without giving too much away, this project isn’t just a rewrite. All of your beloved characters will get the storylines that they deserved.

What platform will this rewrite be available in?

Audiences will be able to access content on our website which is currently under construction.

ok i read what you said about not mentioning lexa again it messes me up, so what would be something the show could do if they mention her like for clarke’s sake?

I’m not sure I understand your question so let me know if this response is off for you – I think the only thing worth seeing at this point, if you’re a Clexa fan and want some kind of resolution – is a moment where, possibly toward the end or at the end of the season, Clarke revisits Lexa’s room in the tower and finds the book Lexa had been reading.  It might be interesting or insightful to know what the book was (something that might underscore her character – or be a charming counterpoint – if she was reading Pride and Prejudice, for example. Lexa has Darcyesque characteristics, Darcy and Lizzy’s relationship struggles through misunderstandings, miscommunication, not unlike Clarke and Lexa).  Another option might be Le Morte D’Arthur (The Death of Arthur) – a classic telling of the Arthurian legend (Lexa also has Arthurian qualities – at least from a series 3 perspective).  Her ‘fatalism’ and belief that ‘death is not the end’ in relief here – Arthur dies, but is taken to Avalon to rest until he is needed again (Lexa returned in the series 3 finale when Clarke needed her). 

And it would be heartbreaking, but full circle-ish if she found the drawings that she made, including the one (perhaps more) of Lexa, sketches of the Nightbloods, Polis itself.  A scene like that would carry strong emotional resonance, underline Clarke’s grief and loss and be the only physical proof of her time there, of their relationship.  It would even have been fitting if Abby had found these things and asked about them.  

Even more fitting if these are kept safe somewhere, with a coda set in the far future where these items are found and wondered over.
