Trump Is Literally Not My President: CIA States Russian Hacks Helped Trump Win

The Washington Post broke this news yesterday. It has since been picked up by several other major media outlets.

If the CIA and this reporting is to be believed, the GOP-lead Senate deliberately ignored this information from the CIA to gain power. Someone needs to act BEFORE the Electoral College meets on Dec 19th.

So far Lindsay Graham is the only Republican to speak up in outrage. And the only Democrat to make waves has been Harry Reid (who is retiring). The GOP’s reaction is understandable. Trump’s reaction has been as scary as everything else he has done, but 100% understandable. But the Dems? Pure cowardice, as usual. Obama himself needs to do something about this, because any investigation will end on Jan 20th.

And YOU reading this need to make serious waves. Our highest Intelligence agency has claimed this election was stolen. Trump WILL get away with this if we don’t take to the streets, IMMEDIATELY. Call someone. Write something. None of this is politics as normal! People need to be jailed for this. This is the literal definition of influence from a foreign government, and exactly what the Electoral College was made to stop.

Edit: Now NY Senator Chuck Schumer has spoken out calling for congressional investigation

*sigh* more fake news from lefty tumblr–

OH shit it’s real

WHAT is happening with the world?

Remember when Hillary Clinton, former fucking Secretary of State, told us that over a dozen intelligence agencies, military and civilian, were saying this, during a debate in front of 10s of millions of Americans, but we didn’t absorb it because the male moderator interrupted her and then her male opponent screamed at her until she stopped talking?

God, I hate this fucking election so much.

If this is all ‘sat on’ and nothing is done, it’s going to tear into America in a way I don’t think we’ve seen before.

But Americans have got to make noise and keep on their reps and current president and keep calling out the media when they try to normalise any of this.

Do not become complacent.  Complacence is death to all we hold dear.

History repeats.

This isn’t even the HALF OF IT. Hitler, like Trump, was considered to be a total joke at first, and was thought to be unable to do any of his crazy policy initiatives. Both won their elections without most of the vote. Both pivoted to a less crazy political middle to gain more support after the election.

Never again is now.

Never again is now.

Paul Ryan once argued that “liberal government programs give people comfort, but not dignity.

And to justify cutting Welfare and defunding food programs, Republicans disingenuously equate having the basic necessities needed to live — like food — to dignity. Following that logic, are we to believe that wealthy people somehow have more dignity than poor people, because they have more access to more resources like housing, food and clean drinking water? Do the mostly white residents of Bismarck North Dakota have more dignity than the Native Americans at Standing Rock? Do Donald Trump’s children somehow have more “dignity” than does Little Miss Flint? Because Trump’s children don’t need to depend on free lunch programs?

Wealth dignity.

Access to resources dignity.

People living in or born into poverty do not have less dignity. They have less wealth and less political power.

Providing free school lunches to children living in poverty doesn’t “give kids an empty soul” it simply feeds hungry children. Feeding a hungry child lunch is not “giving them undue comfort” or making them lazy, it’s simply feeding a hungry child. How did feeding hungry children become a controversial act for “Christian” conservatives?

Intentionally starving children to teach them the “dignity” of hunger is inhumane.

Stop stigmatizing poverty. Stop equating poverty with a lack of dignity. Stop reinforcing the notion that poor people have no dignity just because they’re poor. There is no nobility in starvation, and there is no benevolence in allowing children or anyone else to go hungry when you possess the power to prevent it.

There wouldnt be anything undignified about receiving assistance if conservatives hadnt fucking demonized poverty and decided to treat it as a personal moral failing instead of the result of a system that does not help those who need it most jesus christ

^^ Thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis there shouldn’t be anything wrong with eating to survive ever. As far as I’m concerned every child should get a free lunch and in fact all the free food they want in school, and what should be considered lacking in dignity is having more wealth than you’d ever need to live comfortably while other people don’t.

Wherever you are, you mustn’t be silent on this.  On any of it.  On the media complicity.  Make calls if you can.  March if you can.  Stand up to it in any way that you can.  If people won’t fight back, there won’t be anything to fight for.  Fight back now.
